    Took this to a dinner party, and received many compliments. Several there were watching their carbs, and appreciated having a no rice dish. Will definitely make again! The only change I made was reducing the salt. Next time will not use any. There is plenty of sodium in the other ingredients.

    Probably wouldn’t make again, was too watery.. and i used fresh broccoli and followed recipe exact. it did sit for awhile before being eaten tho. it wasn’t terrible, and I did whip it together pretty fast (and halved the recipe as well-except for soup-which probably explains the watery texture.
