Unfortunately, I was not a fan of this recipe. I think I used too much broccoli for the amount of eggs it required. I'm guessing that's why my broccoli did not hold together very well. But that's my fault. I tried using up the remainder of some broccoli I had so it wouldn't go to waste! Next, I think I could have used more cheese. But then again, I might have had too much broccoli for the amount of cheese it requested. Lastly, it was just too much broccoli for me to eat. I was hesitant about trying this recipe because of all the broccoli used but I was so curious that I had to make it anyway! Never know if you like something unless you try it.
