- 4 cups broccoli florets (steamed organic)
- 4 cups organic vegetable broth (or stock)
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (soak for 3 hours in filtered water, rinsed well, and drained)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts (optional but are potent detoxifiers)
