- 1 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tart shell (9-inch deep dish, OR 1 10-inch regular tart shell, optional)
