- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or vegetable oil)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic paste (and ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 700 mL curry sauce (base, See my recipes above)
- 1 bunch methi leaves (chopped fresh, (fenugreek) or 4 tablespoons dried leaves)
- 2 plum tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lime (juice of)
