I used 16oz sliced brioche bread cut in cubes. Melted 2 Tbsp butter in bottom of 8x11 pan. Used 4 eggs, 1 and 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup half and half. Spread 1/2 the cubes in bottom of pan and poured half the milk mixture over it, sprinkled with cinnamon. The other half of cubes I soaked in remainder of milk mixture. I then poured these cubes on top and sprinkled with mixture of brown sugar, 1 Tbsp flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp butter cut in together. Let sit 30 minutes and then baked at 350 for 40 minutes. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Served with cheese omelette, sausage and fruit.
