- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed, dark)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 dough (set of Brioche, 1 ¼ lbs)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened at room temperature to texture of mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
