- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. patis (fish sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 3 eggs (hard-boiled, peeled and quartered)
- banana leaves (must be wilted to be used for cooking finale.)
