- 1 beet (medium, baked until soft, peeled and cut in chunks, or keep it raw for an all-raw smoothie)
- 1 cup frozen berries (or mixed fresh, I used blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
- 3 kale leaves (large or 4 medium, in keeping with the color scheme, I used purple kale)
- 1/2 cucumber (medium, peeled and cut in chunks)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or your favorite plain, I used Vanilla SunWarrior)
- 1 cup vanilla (or plain, unsweetened alternative milk of choice, I like almond, rice or hemp)
- 10 drops liquid (pure plain or vanilla stevia)
