I don’t know why it turned out the way it did, but too spicy and too hot. Couldn’t stomach it, even though I followed directions carefully:(
Super great idea really does give the breakfast scramble feel I used tofu, green pepper, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and heritage carrots with the same seasoning + avocado came out amazinggggg browned the potatoes with onions and garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients. Mushroom last let it cook and the tofu at the end with the lid on for cooling to merry the tofu with other flavors a bit more 💗😊

I’m new to the whole vegan world. I used to have scrambled eggs with veggies every Saturday with my hubby, now we’ll have scrambled tofu!! This recipe is delicious and very easy!

I can’t fault the recipe so much as the app. Five servings turned out to be enough for 14 people also, we didn’t have natural yeast or black salt, so that hindered the taste and texture a lot. It wasn’t as flavorful as I was expecting, and was a little wet and soft but not bad. I would love to try it again with the appropriate serving size and the right ingredients

This was absolutely delicious! I don’t care for bell peppers, so I substituted part of a red jalapeño-yum!!
