When it comes to our mornings, let me tell you that they are super busy and as my mom use to said nothing better than a “pancita llena” or nothing better than a full tummy before going to school. And this is one of the reasons I want to share with you this super, super easy option for breakfast.

- 4 waffles (individual eggo)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh, chopped)
- 1 cup banana (fresh, chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. dulce de leche

Directions
- Heat up the waffles, check the package instructions. Add a tablespoon of dulce de leche to each waffle. Place fruit in one side of the waffle and close with the other side, forming the "empanada". Pour a little more of dulce de leche on top, if desire. Serve inmetialy
