Maybe my muffin pan was too big but it only filled half the pan so next time I'll double up the recipe. Otherwise, it was very good!

We love this recipe! It is easy to change up some of the ingredients (ham or bacon instead of sausage for instance) to make it a little different each time

Turned out great! I actually made it in a Pyrex dish instead of bars. Added spinach and 1/2 a yellow onion instead of green onion. Super delish for breakfast.

I cut some corners, and still enjoyed the outcome of this dish. Think I’ll use more cheese and possibly less onion next time. Still delicious and easy👍🏼

I added extra cheese and subsituted the green peppers for spinach and it was delicious. I also tried baking half in muffin pan with paper cups and half without the cups. The ones in the cups stuck horribly and tore apart so I suggest just greasing your pan.

Added some cilantro and left out bacon because I didn't have any. Tasted great.
