I didn't do real well on this one-burnt the eggs! I'm not sure it's the recipe's fault, probably mine.

I don't think it turned out well, but family said it was good. I think the skillet I used was too small and hash browns became mushy. If I try it again I think I will use cubed hash browns instead.

Wonderful! Super easy. Will make it again. I put scallions on the top. On the side I had tomato salsa and tomatillos salsa as options.

Tasted good, sure doesn't look like the picture though. Still a good Sunday night supper when you don't want anything complicated.

Bangin! I used a bit too much hash browns for 2 people, but It was delicious and will make it again for sure

we wanted more breakfast like, for some reason we wanted to eat. 't eat eggs again, or something like them, like this recipe, i didn't look at it again.

Great we added 1 lb bacon instead of a 6 slices
The next time we made it we also added some breakfast sausage links chopped

This was my first time making this dish and I loved it the eggs were a little well done though but I still loved it
