- 2 cans evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 8 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 cups Italian bread

Directions
- Cook and drain sausage; cube the bread (1/2 cubes, about 9 slices)…
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish
- Combine Milk, Eggs, Sausage, Cheese Red Pepper, Green onions, Garlic Powder in large bowl. Add bread crumbs, stirring gently to moisten bread
- Pour mixture into baking dish
- Bake 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm
