Tasty!! If you cook the eggs and broccoli separately at the same time, then fry the quesadilla, it becomes a quick and easy dish to make in the morning. Goes along with fresh salsa or Tapatío. The only thing I use differently was whole wheat flour tortillas instead of taco shells, which I would recommend. The soft tortilla becomes crunchy to your liking when fried.
