Had a blast making it and was a super easy meal that filled everyone up! I added the veggies and topped it with some salsa! Definitely will be making this again!

I really like this recipe because it was low in sodium. The flavor was really really good the idea was really really good but my potatoes were ready in the time frame that was set by the directions so I had to cook for a little bit longer.
