Really tasty and easy to cook. i recommend using garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and paprika as seasonings. Will be making it again. 👍👍

Was received with lots of yums. Was so good that the hubster didn’t use ketchup. Microwaving was the way to go, so quick and easy. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I did sauté up a sweet onion first, then potatoes. Next time I will add some Mexico spices. Oh yeah, used a cast iron pan.

Turned out very well! "Tasty" was the word used by my wife. Added garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. I also used olive oil rather than vegetable oil. The microwave cook time and fry time instructions were spot on. Let them fry in the hot oil for the three minutes before stirring and seasoning and they will be perfect!
