- 3 cups tea (red rooibos)
- 2 apples (cored and diced)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric (optional, but highly recommended)
- maple syrup (to taste, I buy Trader Joe's or online for the best value)
- coconut milk (So Delicious® Dairy-Free Vanilla, as needed)
- 1 pinch canela (optional)
