- 1 medium banana (mashed, 1/2 cup mashed banana)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (this can be optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (any kind of, I like to use white chocolate chips)
- 1/2 cup Craisins (optional)
