Made these this morning with shredded wheat and granola left over. Taste was great - but they were a little heavy. Possibly needed more something to give a more muffin feeling and less a fluffy cookie feeling. I gave a 4 star bc the taste was awesome. I think if I made again - I might try adding another egg,
I did not make these vegan. I used regular milk and 1 egg.
