  • 2 1/2 pounds lean ham (cubed, 5 cups*)
  • 2 1/2 pounds hashbrown potatoes (shredded, cooked)
  • 3 3/4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 15 eggs (beaten)
  • 3 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Alternate layers of ham, hash browns and cheese in a 12 x 20 x 2-inch pan.
    2. Mix eggs, milk and salt and pour over top.
    3. Refrigerate overnight.
    4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45-60 minutes or until brown.
