- 2 1/2 lb. hashbrown potatoes (shredded, cooked)
- 3 3/4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 15 eggs (beaten)
- 3 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Alternate layers of ham, hash browns and cheese in a 12 x 20 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix eggs, milk and salt and pour over top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 45-60 minutes or until brown.
