    Fantastic! I substituted out turkey for chorizo and when it cooked I added some diced green pepper, diced shallots, cheddar cheese and a diced tomato to the eggs and cooked them, then added the cooked potatoes. Result? When I made the burritos, they were fantastic! Worth every ounce of effort!
