The bruschetta was very fresh and light, and would make an excellent breakfast. I made it for a midday snack and was craving a bit more savory, so I added a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar to the tomato topped bruschetta and it was delicious. I think it would be even better with a little bit of chopped fresh basil! As for the avocado, it was very simple--I didn't add the pepper, however I think it would've added the little bit of umph I was looking for.
