  • 1 banana (small or medium sized, sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or 1 fresh vanilla pod)

    Directions

    1. Cut the crusts off the bread (This step is of course optional, I enjoy the crusts personally).
    2. Begin to spread the almond butter on each slice of bread.
    3. Place the banana slices on one slice of bread and put the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Pinch round all the sides to close/seal the edges.
