- 1 banana (small or medium sized, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 medium egg
- canela
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (or 1 fresh vanilla pod)

Directions
- Cut the crusts off the bread (This step is of course optional, I enjoy the crusts personally).
- Begin to spread the almond butter on each slice of bread.
- Place the banana slices on one slice of bread and put the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Pinch round all the sides to close/seal the edges.
