Texture was off, and I’m not sure if I just don’t like the taste of Dijon mustard or this just didn’t taste all that good. I just ended up scraping all the breadcrumbs/skin and ate the chicken bare, which is 100% better than eating it with the ingredients. Wouldn’t give it a try if I were you.
