SUPER EASY! I changed up herbs, using poultry seasoning (sage, etc) in addition to the garlic and onion powders. The bread crumbs I used were Japanese style panco. Before baking I filled any blank breading spots in with Whisps brand keto parmasian Italian herb crunchy cheese crumbs - they added a fun punch of flavor!
Additionally, it was super easy to turn this into a parmesiana!!!! I just added cooked pasta, my homemade marinara, and melted some mozzarella over the top, under the broiler. My man told me twice this was excellent. THANK YOU for this wonderfully simple baked breaded turkey cutlet recipe!
