  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Italian seasoning
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 2 parsley (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (or substitute 1/4 cup white wine vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken broth, Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 2 shallots (finely chopped, Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 2 garlic (minced, Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 1/2 lemon zest (Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • 1/2 cup butter (cut into cubes, Lemon Butter Sauce)
  • parsley (for garnish, Lemon Butter Sauce)

    Directions

    1. In a bowl place eggs and milk and beat together.
    2. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, seasonings.
    3. Dip pork chops into egg coating both sides and then into breadcrumb mixture. Coat well.
