Description

  • 300 grams mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • fresh parsley (diced)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • sauce (aioli)

    Directions

    1. Coat the mushrooms in beaten egg, and then in the breadcrumbs mixed with diced parsley.
    2. Fry in plenty of hot oil, and salt to taste while still hot. Drain on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
    3. Serve with aioli sauce.
