    Very good. I served with a nice rice and vegetables on the side and it was amazing. A little lemon juice over top really made this a standout.

    Made this for my husband, he said it was very good and that i could make it again. I baked it instead of frying as we are watching the weight. The left overs i thought i could reheat and put tomato sauce, spices, and cheese on them for eggplant pizzas.

    Absolutely delicious! I had about a half an hour between when I made them and serving, so I put them in a warm oven and they were perfect!

    This was delicious! I put it in the oven at 350° and then broiled it instead of frying it so it would be a bit healthier.

    This meal was great and fast to make. I added spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese on the top for serving.
