Wonderful! Authentic, smells & tastes just like Grandma used to make... I found that I needed to double the custard mix to cover so much bread, and that I had leftover sugar/cinnamon mix, which I recommend you make at 2 thirds what is specified in the recipe. My second go I added equal parts cinnamon and nutmeg, also did a layer with diced dried apricots scattered in with the sultanas and it turned out great. -Next time I want to try sliced banana atop the bread and maybe even sliced apples and walnuts, yum!
