- 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds (if you totally don’t have it or cant find it anywhere, you can skip this too)
- 6 curry leaves (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. asafetida (optional)
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 green chillies (Thai, slit in half, you can use serranos or jalapenos too)
- salt (to taste)
- water (a little, to sprinkle on top)
- cilantro (minced, to garnish, optional)
