- 1/4 cup kamut (cracked, you could sub any cracked grain here, even coarse corn meal would do)
- 1/4 cup millet
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. active dry yeast (slightly more than you would normally use for a faster rise time)
