Description

Pizza dough made in the bread maker. Recipe from Toastmaster recipe book.

Add spice as desired (garlic, italian seasoning, cajun seasoning, etc.)

  • 3/4 cup water (80 degrees F)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

    Directions

    1. Add ingredients to the bread maker, in the order shown above. Do not mix
    2. Select program 6 or dough
    3. When the dough finishes, remove from the bread maker and gently roll / stretch to cover pizza pan. Do not over work the dough.
    4. Add suace and toppings. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden on edges.
