This was super easy to make and easy instructions. It tasted VERY good; we will make it again! Probably easy to make for a crowd too! The only thing I had a hard time with was bake time. I put it in for the 30 min, covered. Removed cover, baked for 20, put in for another 20. Covered and continued to bake for another 15. Just be prepared. I used russet potatoes. Very good!
