- 4 peaches (medium, or nectarines, sliced)
- 2 cups breyers natural vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup amaretti (crushed, or almond cookies)

Directions
- Pour brandy over peaches in medium bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours. To serve, spoon into 4 wine goblets or dessert dishes, then evenly top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and cookies.
