Pretty good, my lamb needed to cook a little longer to reach tenderness. Flavor was great. Served it with cooked medium bulgar wheat and salad

Used my own herb seasoning and I marinated the lamb beforhand. This was super yummy and the lamb was so tender. Go easy on the salt

Amazing! Next time i'm thinking of adding cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a little kick.

Turned out great! It was my first time braising anything. Just added a little more seasoning and fresh chopped rosemary.
