We enjoyed this recipe as a side dish to spare ribs. My 7 year old son even liked it and had a bit of a second helping. It's super easy to make. I went very light on the salt because celery is salty tasting. But then I added some to my serving at the table. Other than that, I changed from regular ground black pepper to Penzey's Forward, which gave it a bit more dimension. It was a good choice. The only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is because ... well, it's celery ... hard to get that excited about celery. Still, though, make this dish. You'll be glad you did!
