Very good although I did some adjustments.
1. I used only 1 (14 0z) can of beef broth
2. I added 1 8oz pkg of sliced white mushrooms
3. I added 2 bay leaves
4. I left out the celery

I was informed that this meal would only take 30 minutes. the fact that it took much longer than 30 minutes messed up my schedule. very disappointed.

Delicious! Flavors went together very well. I used a Cabernet instead of Zinfandel and I used rosemary in place of the thyme.
