- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. gravy master
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for searing the meat)

- granulated garlic (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (and 2 tbsp. water, for a slurry)

I didn't use any wine deglazed with apple cider vinegar and broth. tasted great.Wife told me to nail it down. 👌
I did 50 min in Insta pot pressure, then normal release.
