- 1 1/2 lb. italian sausage (cut into 1/2 in pieces)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into pieces)
- 1 red pepper (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushroom
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. basil
- 15 grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 box farfalle pasta

Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9-11 min or until al dente; drain
- While pasta is cooking add 1 tsp oil to large skillet and cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until sausage is brown. Add peppers and mushrooms and cook for 10 min. Drain sausage mixture and return to pan.
- Mix together chicken broth, corn starch and basil and pour over sausage mixture. Add tomatoes just before serving.
- Toss sausage mixture over pasta and serve.
