- 8 oz. bow tie pasta (1/2 pound or pasta of choice)
- 1 cup Miracle Whip (or Mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (optional)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (sliced or cut into bite-sized pieces, baked, left-over, rotisserie, I used three average-sized, boneless chicken breasts that I gently simmered until just cooked through)
- 2 cups purple grapes (seedless, cut in half)
- 6 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup red onions (sliced in rings or chopped)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed, or blanched asparagus or green beans)
- 1/4 cup parsley (to your liking Can substitute, chives, dill...)
- ground pepper (to taste)
