- 3 bunches carrots (Dutch, trimmed and peeled)
- 1/4 cup runny honey
- 75 grams butter (melted)
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. salt (flakes)

- 1 kg potatoes (chat)
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup rosemary sprigs (plus extra to serve)
- 100 grams baby spinach
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed, steamed and refreshed)
- 200 grams green beans (trimmed, steamed and refreshed)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 2 zucchini (thinly sliced into ribbons)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 burrata cheese (found at Italian delis and grocers)
