Needed way longer than 20 min in tje stove and should be covered i til near the end..I cooked mine about an hour at 400

This one hit the mark. Apparently I added too much bourbon so I had to doctor it up a little. I increased the brown sugar, added some rice vinegar, ginger and sesame oil. Very quick to prepare and everyone loved it.

Really excellent recipe. Did a 5 hour marinade then used the leftover marinade after the pork came out to make a reduction and it all tasted great. Cook time for me was about 40 minutes though.

Delicious and ridiculously simple. We seared on the grill, then transferred to the oven.
