This was amazing. My family loved it. My grocery store was out of chili peppers so I brushed each piece with sambal oelek and it was a great substitute. The flavors of the bourbon combined with the sugar and the sambal oelek all complemented each other. Definitely in my dinner rotation!

I made this tonight and was delicious, but when isn’t sea bass a treat. I think if I make it again I will cut back on the bourbon. It took away from the fish. Loved the brown sugar glaze on the fish

It was great. might have been better had I noticed that it suggested marinating overnight. I would never have guessed that for fish so didn't factor in the time. I marinated for about 30 min. It needed a bit more time to cook then it suggeste. and broil at the end was a perfect stepto finishing it well!
