- 11 oz. gingersnap cookies (vegan, I looked for dairy-free cookies, and realized that there were no animal products in them either, but any gingersnap cookie will work - even GF)
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. bourbon (add a plant-based milk instead if you want to make it non-alcoholic)
- 300 grams chocolate (vegan, melting chips, I used Ghirardelli)
