- 5 cms orange peel
- 0.5 grams saffron threads
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 2 crabs (blue swimmer, cleaned*, quartered)
- toasted baguette (slices, to serve)
- 2 slices white bread (crusts removed, torn into pieces)
- 2 red capsicums (large)
- 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
