- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (canned, or heavy cream)
- 3 Tbsp. Irish whiskey (optional)
- pinches salt (good)
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 oz. milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Guinness Beer (but so good!, optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (sometimes I use Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa, but for these brownies I recommend sticking with regular cocoa)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5/16 cup brown sugar
- 5/8 cup cream (Irish, or heavy cream)
- 6 oz. chocolate (semi-sweet, chopped plus divided)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 15 oz. full fat coconut milk (cold)
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. cream (Irish)
- 1 pt. chocolate ice cream
- 16 Tbsp. Guinness Beer (or your favorite soda)
- cherries (red, for topping)
