- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (you’ll need about 1 medium lemon for the juice and fresh lemon zest in this recipe)
- 2 tsp. lemon zest (fresh)
- 1 cup almond meal (make sure it is the kind without the almond skins)
- 4 Tbsp. butter (Land O Lakes® Less Sodium, with Canola Oil)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- Fresh berries (For serving: powdered sugar)
