- 1/8 cup rum (you can add more if you want it really boozy)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 250 mL rice bran oil (or any mild flavoured oil)
- 1 cup sugar (castor)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 200 grams dark chocolate (I use Lindt)
- 200 mL coconut cream
