- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- olive oil spray
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce ({I use Sweet Baby Ray's original})
- 1/4 cup hot sauce ({I use Frank's Original or Texas Pete's})
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 sprinkles (crushed red pepper {if you like more heat})
- 1 tsp. corn starch ({be sure to mix this with a few drops of cold water before putting it in the sauce})
